Tea Forté’s Pear Cobbler is an exquisite white tea blend pairing the most delicate of all tea leaves with a burst of juicy pear flavor. Beautiful sunflower petals bring a floral note to this subtle blend, which includes small pieces of pear in addition to natural flavoring. In this tea, a hint of lychee is revealed on the second or third sip, suggesting a journey to the fragrant fruit’s homeland, the Fujian province of China.

White tea is the least processed and rarest of all tea varieties, with the highest concentration of polyphenols (an antioxidant revered in Ayurvedic medicine and some western practices). It is the most challenging variety of tea to procure, due to its delicate production process. In early spring, the leaves are delicately hand-plucked when their buds and leaves are still closed and covered by fine, silvery-white downy hairs.
