Cucumber fruit, long known for its beneficial uses to the skin, lends itself deliciously to the taste of sweet succulent blueberries and spearmint. Both have high concentrations of age-fighting antioxidants known to help enhance collagen production and the glow of healthy, youthful looking skin.
Basil essential oil is used topically to massage the skin. It enhances the luster of dull looking skin as well as hair. As a result it is extensively used in many skin care supplements that claim to improve the tone of your skin. It is also used for acne and skin infections.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat water to 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass.
