You can cancel at any time.

How do I make sure my membership discounts and free shipping are applied?

Is there a limit to how much I can save?
Not at all. Your VIP discount applies to every order you place, regardless of the order size or how many times you shop per month. The more you shop, the more the membership pays for itself!
How do I cancel my membership?
We want you to stay because you love the perks, but we make it easy to leave if you need to. You can cancel your monthly VIP Membership at any time through your Account Dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Note unlike product subscriptions, your monthly VIP Membership may not be paused, skipped or delayed. Charges will occur monthly until cancelled.

Members consent to receiving email communications regarding their subscription and related rewards and offers. While members maintain the right to cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or via customer support, cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing cycle to avoid further charges. Please note that all membership fees are strictly non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for past months, partial billing periods, or unused benefits upon the cancellation or termination of the account.
