Tea Type: Herbal Tea

A delicate and rare white tea brimming with zesty ginger and sweet pear notes. Hints of blackberry leaves and lemon balm combine to soothe the mind and bring a sense of balance.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Measure 1 tsp into an infuser basket.

2. Steep in near boiling water (175˚F) for 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove basket and enjoy!

For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8-ounce glass.

TASTING NOTES

Flavor: Fruity balanced with tangy citrus and a spicy ginger finish

Aroma: Fruity with a pungent ginger note

Color: Straw yellow
