Ingredients

  • 1 Tea Forté Pumpkin Spice pyramid infuser, or 1 tsp of loose tea
  • 1 oz boiling water
  • 2 oz quality bourbon, such as Makers or Knob Creek
  • ½ tsp agave syrup
  • 1 dash of orange bitters (optional)
  • 1-2 Italian cherries, such as Luxardo, for garnish

Directions

  1. Unwrap and steep the Pumpkin Spice pyramid infuser in 1 oz of boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Discard infuser when done steeping, and allow the liquid to cool completely. If using loose tea, add 1 tsp loose tea into a mug, pour 1 oz of boiling water over the leaves and steep 5-8 minutes. Strain the leaves out & discard when done steeping, and allow the reserved liquid to cool completely.
  2. Stir or shake the cooled tea liquid, bourbon, bitters and agave syrup together.
  3. Serve on the rocks, or in a martini glass. Garnish with cherries.

Yields: 1 cocktail
