Tea Type: Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is a natural gift that is rich in antioxidants. It also contains vital vitamins and minerals such as calcium, manganese, copper, carotin, selenium, and potassium, as well as Vitamin A, B, C, E and K.
Made from the leaves of the camellia sinensis tea plant, Mountain Oolong tea is oxidized to a level falling between that of black and green tea. This offers the benefits of both tea types: the familiar richness of black tea and the verdant freshness of green, coming together in an altogether unique flavor profile with all the health-forward properties of both varieties. Oolong's moderate caffeine content makes it a gentler but no less satisfying start to the day than coffee, and its bounty of benefits for the body and mind include contributions to heart and gut health as well as a subtle short-term boost in energy and mental clarity.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Measure 1 tsp into an infuser basket.
2. Steep in near boiling water for 5 minutes.
3. Remove basket and enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 2 tsp per 8-ounce glass.
