Ingredients

Directions

  1. Unwrap infuser and place in a mug. If using loose tea, scoop into an infuser basket and place into the mug. Pour the hot water over the tea and steep 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. When done, remove infuser or basket and discard the leaves.
  2. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Heat and steam the milk. If you don’t have a milk frother, you can heat the milk in a saucepan, then whisk briskly until frothy.
  4. Slowly add the steamed milk to the steeped tea and top with foam. If using, add the vanilla extract and cinnamon for a cozy, aromatic touch.

Yield: One 12 oz serving

Variations: For the more classic version, omit the cinnamon. Want something more floral? Try adding a pinch of lavender while steeping. Love coffee and tea? Add a shot of espresso for a 'London Smog'.
