Tea Type: White Tea
Tea Forté's White Ginger Pear white tea is sourced from the most famous tea region of China. The white tea originates from the Da Bai tea bush which is harvested in the spring. This smooth white tea is infused with lemon balm, an herb that is a member of the mint family, which contributes to a clean, fresh citrus profile and is believed to have strong soothing effects and to encourage relaxation. The ginger brings a spicy touch that's good for digestion, and notes of pear and licorice root bring it all together. Lightly caffeinated, it both calms and enlightens, delivering a slight lift to the morning, afternoon, or evening in which it's consumed.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat water to 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8-ounce glass.
