Winter Chalet Collection ona white shelf with antique wooden skis

The Winter Chalet Collection

5 minutes

As winter sets in outside, we hunker down indoors, seeking comfort and warmth. Whether alone or in good company, few things in winter feel cozier than curling up by the fire with a hot cup of tea, and nothing sounds more inviting than a pristine mountainside getaway.

Winter Chalet 12 Days of Cozy Teas AdventThe Winter Chalet Collection includes the 12 Days of Cozy Teas, a tree-shaped Advent Calendar of 12 different pyramid tea infusers, each hidden behind a numbered door.

COZY UP WITH A CUP

To evoke the rustic luxury of a snowy retreat, our Winter Chalet Collection, refreshed for 2025 with new blends, offers five tea meant to warm the soul. Best served with a soft blanket, this quintet gathers four winter classics alongside a decadent herbal blend. Each tea blend in the collection is Kosher-certified and crafted with fine ingredients from thoughtfully sourced tea leaves and warming spices to fragrant mint, chocolate, and citrus. Presented in a gold and white package design mimicking freshly fallen snow on immaculate ski slopes, it's excellent for winter gifting or enjoying for yourself.

"Nothing tastes better after a day of skiing than hot toddy made with our tea," says Tea Forté Creative Director Paul Anselmi, noting that each blend in the collection is a perfect warming experience of its own, with or without accompaniment. Inspired by the notion of après-ski beverages enjoyed by the fire in a mountain lodge, these teas capture the cozy feeling of a winter retreat in each cup.

ABOUT THE BLENDS

Tea Forté's Chocolate Fondue, layers sweet, juicy strawberry beneath velvety chocolate and rooibos in a finely-tuned symphony for the senses. Great on its own, or try it in this Chocolate Fondue Hot Cocoa Recipe. It's accompanied by the familiar comfort of four well-loved winter blends: New for 2025, Black Currant has been added to the collection, a classic black tea with infused with fruity blackberry notes and vibrant currant; Mountain Oolong, a deep oolong blend brightened by lush peach; Belgian Mint, a classic combination of chocolate and peppermint; and Ginger Lemongrass, a soothing, herbal tisane with a zing of citrus, cool spearmint with a hint of licorice (which makes an excellent non-alcoholic Hot Toddy.) Each blend brings its own unique characteristics to a suite of warming winter teas, all crafted with comfort in mind.
